Tony and his guys did a great job.  They worked with us while we were in the middle of a remodel.  They installed a brand new drain line to our septic tank and did such a good that we went ahead and had them install a new gas line as well. We were staying at a rental vacation home with our family and one other family. We did not have hot water for 3/5 days we stayed there and after the owners sent multiple handymen to attempt (and fail) to repair the water heater…they finally called Texas Pride Plumbing. Art, from TPP, came quickly and worked so fast to get everything repaired for us. We had three toddlers sleeping in various places around the house and Art was so respectful of that and was so quiet while he worked. I cannot say enough good things about the honesty and customer service of this company. I reached out to them about connecting a water line to my newly built house. Not only were they quick to respond and provide an estimate, but they also encouraged me to double check that the construction company wasn't responsible for it. They were! We had no idea and would've spent the money had we not been told otherwise. They were patient and understanding with us throughout the entirety of our communication. I had a bathroom sink faucet stopped up and not draining. Tried to do I myself unsuccessfully. Tony came out and did a great job. We really appreciate Texas Pride Plumbing Inc. The owner is a great guy! And I highly recommend him to everyone. He’s affordable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Tony! You’re awesome man!
